TrofeoWell, undoubtedly, Trofeo Estate has all of this and more. Situated in the foothills of Dromana on the Mornington Peninsula sits Trofeo Estate, is a vineyard, cellar door, combined with farm animals complete with sheep, geese, and additionally, the occasional cow.

Trofeo’s wines are made from grapes that are exclusively Estate-grown and harvested on-site utilising old-fashioned winemaking techniques.
When picked the grapes are matured and fermented in handmade terracotta amphora imported from Tuscany.
The process of terracotta aging does not pass on any flavor from the terracotta to the wine, ultimately resulting in wines that are elegant and soft, reflecting the natural flavors and aromas of the grapes, producing delicious wines full of flavor and character.
Trofeo Estates Cellar door combines the history of the canning factory with elegance and modern age.
Specialising in cool-climate varieties including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Shiraz, and Cabernet Sauvignon wine that is aged in a terracotta amphora, a process dating back more than 6,000 years. There are no other peninsula wineries or wineries located in Victoria that utilise this style.
At this time COVID has resulted in the closure of the onsite kitchen.
Not to worry! For this reason, Trofeo Estate has introduced a mouthwatering choice of Charcuterie boards (see below) not available at any other peninsula wineries.
Your day starts off with being collected from your home or motel by our car. You will be dropped off at the airport where you will be met by your pilot.
Have you ever been on a helicopter before? Don’t worry, unlike anything you have done before your Pilot put you to ease. Before the engines start, take a walk around the helicopter taking a wide berth of the tail rotor.
Get some photos of yourself with the helicopter the pilot and of course your fellow flyers. Your pilot will soon get you seated. Put on your headset and now the excitement really starts to kick in. The engine starts, say G’day to the pilot, you will be surprised by the clarity of your voice.
