Fine Wines

Trofeo’s wines are made from grapes that are exclusively Estate-grown and harvested on-site utilising old fashioned winemaking techniques.

When picked the grapes are matured and fermented in handmade terracotta amphora imported from Tuscany.

The process of terracotta aging does not pass on any flavor from the terracotta to the wine, ultimately resulting in wines that are elegant and soft, reflecting the natural flavors and aromas of the grapes, producing delicious wines full of flavor and character.

Specialising in cool-climate varieties including Pinot Noir, ChardonnayPinot GrisShiraz, and Cabernet Sauvignon wine that is aged in a terracotta amphora, a process dating back more than 6,000 years.

At this time COVID has resulted in the closure of the onsite kitchen. Not to worry! For this reason, Trofeo Estate has introduced a mouthwatering choice of Charcuterie boards (see below).
